And it’s that experience that allows us to take what our client has in mind and translate it into their new home. The single most important investment you will make in the process of building a new home is the design and layout. It’s our area of expertise and we excel in it.
How do I get started?
- Schedule a complimentary consultation with our Project Consultant.
- We’ll listen to your ideas and get to know you in depth.
- Our Project Consultant will take your ideas and all the information we gather at our meeting and will meet with a designer and come up with a preliminary design.
- After you are satisfied that the preliminary design meets your needs and desires exactly, we will finalize your design and again submit it for your approval.
- Once everything is in order and you are satisfied with every aspect of your new home, we create your construction document set with everything you need to go straight to a builder and get started!
- We can also help you find the right builder for you and refer you to highly respected professionals in your area.
