Frusterio on Twitter

Twitter

Twitterers (that still sounds funny),

My name is John Garrett and I am the Director of Business Development for Frusterio, Inc.

Our Residential Design firm is looking to build online relationships with other industry pros who use Social Media and Social Networking as part of their marketing plan.

We all know that when the economy went south, building professionals were the first to feel it. Our firm found other ways to promote our products and services and it led to a very progressive way of marketing. We joke about how we sat in our conference room and said, "Well, we’ve got to figure out internet marketing, cause we’re not spending five grand on a print ad anymore."

You’ve probably found that having a website, blogging, using FaceBook, Twitter and other Social Media outlets has created MORE traffic than with any advertising or home shows you’ve invested in.

So what?

We want to know what you are doing? How can we cross promote each other’s services, finished homes, lots for sale, high-end products, etc. We want to create mutually beneficial relationships that share not just our products to each others audience, but our expertise.

For instance, we are about to add a new interactive section to our website, select a very small group of builders and products to promote, create a mobile podcasting / videocasting station and launch a 30-day marketing campaign. All of these initiatives are Social Media/Networking and web driven.

What we don’t have is you!

  • Your audience
  • Your expertise
  • Your products

By linking together, we can all win. If you’re interested, please follow us and fill out the form below. We look forward to building something together!

How Can We Partner?

In order to find how we can best partner together, we’ve created a form to gather some key information. We’ll review this and get back with you within 48 hours.

Where Are You Strongest?

Partnership Options

Blogging
Either by writing and promoting your products on our blog (or vice-versa), linking our blogs or cross commenting on the blogs, we can share our audience reach and bring our marketing a "full" conversation.
Podcasts - Videocasts
If you’re a company that utilizes Vimeo or Youtube, there is a place for you on our site and hopefully a place on your site for us. Besides nesting video on sites, we’d also like to record (audio / video) discussion about trends and topics pertinent to the industry.
30 Plans in 30 Days
This is a marketing initiative that will release thirty plans in thirty days during the month of September, 2009. We’d like to have a panel of industry pros commenting and critiquing the plans. Think American Idol for house plans. (Please, No Simon’s.)
Micro Blogging
If your using Twitter (or one of the three of us on Plurk), we can RT (Re-Tweet) links, cross-promote to our followers, drive traffic to our "partner" sites, with all of this helping build brand recognition and a strong follower base.
Social Networking
While there are several options, we are focusing on FaceBook and Linked-In with our Social Networking. By creating specialty groups in Linked-In and by cross connecting Fan Pages and Business Pages on FaceBook, we can continue to increase our reach, message and brand awareness. For us, Social Networks are the landing area’s for so much of our written content.
